A Day Trip to Paris

I ended up being a tour guide today. A trip to Paris with 5 colleagues, was planned way back in January. We were booked on the first Eurostar train out of London, and the last train back from Paris. This gave us 11 hours to run around Paris to see as many sights as possible. Ready, steady, go:

Notre Dame:
Norte Dame Statues

Eiffel Tower:
Eiffel Tower - HDR Style

Trocadero:
Trocadero 2

Arc Du Triomphe:
Le Tricolore at L'Arc de Triomphe

Montmartre:
Montmatre Stairs

Place de la Concorde:
Place du Concorde

Louvre:
The Louvre

So there you have it, a whistle stop tour of Paris’s top tourist sights. It was a tiring day, and I was amazed how much we packed into the day. It was just a shame the weather didn’t co-operate, as for most of the 11 hours we were in Paris, it rained. Oh did it rain! By the end of the day, everything I had with me that day, was damp! Despite that, it didn’t spoil our day.
