Covent Garden is a great place to visit, always plenty to see and do. However, one of the best things about a visit here, is the street performers. All perform for free. I say free, they do ask for donations at the end of their routines, but it is entirely up to you if you give them any money.
Today, I was entertained by a rope-walking act. He was very entertaining, and his act had about a hundred people enthralled. There was plenty of interaction with his audience, which kept most of us amused. His grand finale was juggling knives while walking along his tightrope:
A great act. I hope he got paid well.
